At Calliber Watches, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional timepieces. We understand that purchasing a luxury watch online is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to comply with US e-commerce regulations and outline your rights as a consumer.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: The watch must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any accessories.
- Protective Elements: All protective films, stickers, and tags must remain fully intact and attached to the watch. Removing these protective elements will void the return eligibility.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Watches that have been worn, sized, altered, or damaged by the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at customer@caliberwatches.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customer@caliberwatches.com with photos and a brief video of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at our expense.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Calliber Watches will cover the return shipping costs.
- Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Order Cancellations
Since our standard delivery time is 8 to 21 business days, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely international dispatch. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process upon delivery.
