Shipping Policy – Calliber Watches

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing your tracking information. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We are proud to offer secure shipping for our high-end timepieces to the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 21 business days.

Note: The 8 to 21 business days transit timeframe begins once the package has been dispatched from our fulfillment facilities, not from the moment the order is placed.

3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update within the courier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at costumer@caliberwatches.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Calliber Watches is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). While most standard personal purchases shipped to the United States fall under duty-free exemptions, it is the buyer's responsibility to clear any potential border holds.

5. UNFORESEEN DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery within the provided 8 to 21 business days window, unforeseen international delays due to carrier logistical issues, extreme weather conditions, or rigorous customs inspections may occasionally occur. We ask for your patience in these rare scenarios.

6. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check your surrounding area and with your neighbors. If it remains lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to our support team, and we will assist you as best as we can in the investigation process.
